誠に有り難うございます!

it’s about time for another gym report. it’s good to be back at the gym after a mild case of flu. i hate it when it disrupts my fitnesss momentum. for those who’ve worked out before, you know how important that is, to keep the rhythm going, so every session feels like clockwork, and not a dread. to get there, you need a combination of overcoming that initial stage of inertia, having a decent stamina so you don’t feel like puking at the end of the session, and of course, having a gym buddy helps (but truth be told, i work out okay by myself too, but if it’s a bodyjam class, i definitely love some company!). lastly, the biggest motivator of all – seeing real, visible, results.
i mentioned i’ve been cutting out my sweets and sugars, in moderate manageable chunks (meaning i dun go cold turkey, and thus reducing the possibilities of a relapse binge), and i’m glad i’m seeing results after 2 months. not there yet, but getting there!
i took some shots after today’s session, in the totally unglam public toilet, and then a coupla PG shots in my alot more glam bathroom. haha!
hoi, those who agreed to join in the A*Mei concert groupee please take note – i’ve bought the tix alredi! it’ll be fun, like the last one we did in the National Stadium! =)

i got my copy of Leopard, and in fact i’m running along with it right now! mighty impressed, and there’s loads to explore but i’ll save it for tmrw cos i’m sleepy!
i’ve uploaded (to the jukebox) an official mixtape of Kylie’s tracks off her soon to be released album “X”. and i absolutely dig it!
do you know there’s a blogsite which is entirely dedicated to our dearest Ah Gong? it’s a chockful of articles, interviews, speeches, pictorials and quotes of the Singapore elder statesman.

please pardon my obsession with her… er, i dun even know what to call it now. descriptive words escape me. forget about the rehab, Amy. go to the hairsalon first!
