誠に有り難うございます!
Tokyo here we come!!
i’m all packed for Japan. feeling really excited about this trip cos i’m just going to have fun and pamper myself silly in celebration of being a good boy for 32 years! hahaha. oh man, the lio li… the kaimono… the disneysea… seeing the negi… kaimono… doutor… kohi… kaimono… and more kaimono…
will be posting from the other side! jya mata neh!
today’s time waster! super fun with super kawaii mahjong tiles and music. i dun play card games or mahjong (dun ask me why, i just loathe all forms of games that can be linked to gambling… been brought up this way) so this is the closest i can get to the game i suppose. you just match the mahjong tiles in pairs to make them go away. with every match, the timer gets restored. simple eh? have fun!
check out the other cute games by Kiteretsu.
Waseda University where Shaz is studying will be shut until 29th May (one day after my birthday!) due to the measles outbreak. what great timing. Shaz can spend time with me now! hahaha. okay, that’s a bit selfish. my heart goes out to those who’re down with the measles. i’ve had it when i was in primary school. i’m assuming i won’t get second time unlucky. and Kenji Tan, you better go get a vaccine!

hey hey. i’m back! =) it’s been a fruitful trip eventually cos we managed to not come home empty-handed! bought some great finds in the last minute just before we were about to give up. we’ve been after a nice tray for our mezzanine area, as well as a nice toilet brush for the master bathroom. both we found in Habitat which is undergoing a major reno job now. they have an expanded range of goods in store. they’ll be having a Habitat Cafe at the end of July. i think it’ll be cosy!
amongst our seasonal loot, we scored a set of limited editioned boxes (see pix) specially designed by revolutionary design guru, Marcel Wanders, for Habitat’s “VIP for Kids” collection. there are also product designs by Marc Newson, Christian Lacroix, and even Daniel Radcliffe and Kate Winslet!
the irksome flu has receded some, but i’ve been feeling lethargic and sleepy perpetually. plus my left eye is acting up again. oh dear, falling into bits. now i need to focus on getting better before the tokyo trip this weekend. first thing tmrw – see the doc!
found a great air purifier that doesn’t compromise on style. the LightAir is currently sold out. note to self: check back in June.
harlow from bangkoky! flight was great. traffic’s a tad busy on way to hotel being the start of the weekend rush. hotel capacity is running full as well and there’s a private function tonight at C’yan so only the alfresco tables are available. i jokingly told HH that i booked the restaurant for my private function! and that was the surprise for him – a surprise bday party for myself. hahaha.
we’re having room service tonight and taking things chilly. hee. a nice massage in 2 hours’ time and we’re going down for some snacks now!! i so miss their clear mushroom soup and ginger tea!!
i love everything about the Prada phone except for the slightly challenging sms-ing i’m still trying to get used to. you have to concentrate on texting. can’t text while walking for example cos the finger keeps landing on the adjacent spot to where you wanna aim for. but the interface, sounds, effects are enough to keep me happy for now. we’ll see. anyway, enter the Opus from Zenum. another close contender of the iPhone. preordering starts today!
